Condition application

Bioreactor

A bioreactor is a device system that uses the biological functions of enzymes or organisms (such as microorganisms) to perform biochemical reactions in vitro. It is a biological function simulator, such as a fermenter, immobilized enzyme or immobilized cell reactor wait.

Filtering System

The sterilizing filter mainly uses a microfiltration filter element with a large specific surface area and a filtration accuracy of 0.22 μm or more. It is mainly used to prevent impurities in the air, harmful bacteria, and microorganisms from interfering, causing changes in water quality, products, and the environment of the sterile room.

Autoclave

The autoclave has 4 chambers in which the product is sterilized with saturated steam. Sterilization with high temperature and high pressure can kill common bacteria, fungi and other microorganisms, as well as spores and spores. It is the most reliable and widely used physical sterilization method.

Solvent Prep Tank

Different solvents and carrier materials are prepared for subsequent production, which are then used in bioreactors and fermentation vessels. The container is wrapped in a steam-heated jacket to control the temperature inside the tank.

Capsule Filling

Empty raw material capsules and pharmaceutical active ingredient granules are stored above the filling machine. The capsules are only lightly glued together and can be easily separated by a vacuum, allowing the upper part to be separated from the lower part. The granules are then poured into the lower portion of the capsule.

Gas-liquid Separator

Due to the difference in density between gas and liquid, when the liquid and gas are mixed and flow together, if there is an obstacle, the gas will deflect and go away, while the liquid will continue to move forward due to inertia, and the forward liquid will adhere to the blocking wall and collect downward, and then discharge tube discharge.
