Reed Switch Type Liquid Level Switch

CK-1 dry reed type magnetic liquid level switch (hereinafter referred to as liquid level switch) adopts imported high-quality dry reed switch, matched with UHZ-517 series magnetic flap liquid level gauge, and is used to control or alarm the liquid level in the container . When the liquid level reaches the control or alarm position, the liquid level switch will send an on-off signal.

Features

The liquid level switch is not in direct contact with the process medium, works reliably, and is not affected by process conditions. It has high temperature resistance, explosion-proof and shock-proof protection functions, and it can be directly connected to the instrument alarm circuit system. Real-time control of industrial process liquid levels is also possible.

Note: The dry reed magnetic liquid level switch can be directly connected to the instrument alarm circuit system, such as PLC system and DCS system. If the drag load is an inductive load such as an AC contactor, it must pass through the conversion amplifier. If it is used in an intrinsically safe system, an isolation safety barrier must be used.
