Thermal Gas Mass Flow Meter

The ST1 series thermal gas mass flowmeter produced by Shanghai Xingshen Instrument Co., Ltd. is a high-performance product, which is suitable for the fields of industry, environment, energy monitoring and process control, and uses the most advanced sensor technology. This product uses a direct digital control sensor, which is different from the traditional analog circuit used by other thermal flow sensors on the market. It can quickly and accurately respond to changes in process variables, and has the advantage of high precision. Its unique mass flow sensor is composed of two thermal resistance sensors. One is a self-heating sensor for media energy; the other provides a temperature reference. The sensor is programmed to provide a fixed ratio between the two probes instead of the usual constant temperature excitation method. This excitation method essentially eliminates sensor temperature drift while providing precise control of the correspondingly low self-thermal conductivity. Another advantage of the low temperature difference is that it has a higher explosion-proof level, that is, this instrument can be used in a more severe explosion-proof environment.
