Condition application

Running Water Storage Tank

Industrial production processes require a large amount of water. Metallurgical water is mainly used in series for cooling, washing, manufacturing, and processing. At the same time, water quality stabilization measures must be improved to continuously increase the water recycling rate.

Torpedo Car

The torpedo car is a horizontally long torpedo-shaped molten iron tank used in large blast furnaces, also known as a mixed iron car. Due to the splashing of molten iron and the billowing of smoke and dust, and for safety reasons, workers often stop filling the torpedo tanks before they are full.

Ore Concentrator

In the process accelerated by adding flocculants, the solids settle to the bottom of the tank, and the thickener is actually not a pure settling device, but a new type of dehydration device combined with the filtration characteristics of the mud layer.

Ore Dtorage Bin

The mined ore is transported by a transport system to large above-ground or underground silos where it is stored until it is used in production. The bottom of the warehouse is generally higher than the receiving port of the loading container or transportation equipment, and the ore is unloaded after opening the gate of the mine warehouse to achieve the purpose of loading.

Mixing Tank

In the "Bayer process," bauxite is first mixed with sodium hydroxide, autoclaved, and then stirred. It is then sent to a calciner (high temperature kiln) where it is dehydrated into a fine white powder alumina (Al2O3).

Blast Furnace

During blast furnace production, iron ore, coke, and flux (limestone) for slagging are loaded from the top of the furnace, and the auxiliary fuel is burned with oxygen blown into the air to generate carbon monoxide and hydrogen. Oxygen, thereby reducing to iron.

Reactor

Aluminum powder suspension is an intermediate in the production of titanium sponge. In the reactor, vanadium trichloride is removed from the aluminum powder suspension. When the aluminum powder suspension is fed into the reactor, strong turbulence is generated on the product surface.
