Calibration service

Shanghai Xingshen Instrument Testing Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center) was founded in 2020 and is an independent department of Shanghai Xingshen Instrument Co., Ltd.

The center is based on CNAS-CL01: 2018 “Quality Accreditation Criteria for Testing and Calibration Laboratories”, CNAS-CL01-A025: 2018 “Application Instructions for the Ability Accreditation Criteria for Testing and Calibration Laboratories in the Field of Calibration” and CNAS-CL01-G001: 2018 CNAS – CL01 “Accreditation Criteria for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories” application requirements.

At present, there are 14 personnel in the center, including 4 management personnel. All testing/calibration personnel have been trained and obtained corresponding testing/calibration qualifications. Test/calibration work.

The center has set up offices and testing rooms.

The center has a fixed office and test site of 2400㎡, of which the office space is about 1200㎡. The liquid calibration device of the flowmeter adopts two calibration methods: the static mass method and the standard meter method, and the gas calibration device adopts the critical flow Venturi nozzle calibration method, which realizes the full coverage of the calibratable diameter of the instrument from DN15 to DN300. The liquid level gauge calibration device adopts the liquid level calibration method to realize the calibration range of 0m~35m. Measuring equipment is regularly maintained and value traceability. These qualifications meet the resource requirements of the center to carry out existing testing/calibration. Meet the requirements of the technical specification on which it is based.
