Diaphragm seal replacement service with process transmitter

Diaphragm seals are commonly used in process industries with media temperatures from -40°C to +300°C. Diaphragm assemblies protect process transmitters from process media that are corrosive, viscous, high temperature, toxic, hygienic, or prone to accumulation of condensation.

Depending on the application environment, process transmitters typically have a longer service life than wetted parts. Therefore, the entire diaphragm seal system needs to be replaced only in rare cases, for example when replacing a process transmitter. By reusing process transmitters, Xingshen can provide customers with component replacement services, significantly reducing the total cost of equipment.

With the component exchange service (diaphragm seal exchange), the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) of the measuring point can be reduced accordingly.
