Service Content
1. When encountering a product failure declaration, timely telephone service or arrive at the scene for effective troubleshooting.
2. When confirming the fault, it is necessary to test the product in the presence of the product owner or user, and both parties confirm the fault phenomenon.
3. When repairing the product, if it is necessary to replace the parts and charge the cost of the parts, the consent of the customer must be obtained first.
4. When the technicians of our company have to disassemble the instrument for failure or installation of new equipment, the customer’s consent must be obtained first.
5. If the product has been discontinued or has been upgraded to a higher model within the warranty period and the price difference needs to be added, the customer’s consent must be obtained before replacement.
6. If the company damages or loses the customer’s maintenance parts due to the carelessness of the company, the company will compensate according to the current price of the damaged item (excluding other joint and several liabilities arising therefrom).
7. After the fault is repaired, the technicians of our company must show that the repaired parts have been repaired and let the customer check and accept before leaving.
8. The door-to-door service time is subject to the time confirmed by the company’s after-sales service department with the customer.
