On February 28 , 2023 , the Shanghai Municipal Nuclear Power Office (hereinafter referred to as the “Municipal Nuclear Power Office”) held the ” 2023 Shanghai Nuclear Power Work Conference and Shanghai Nuclear Industry System Party Construction Alliance Work Conference” at Huaneng Shanghai Building . Feng Jianping, secretary of the party group and director of the East China Nuclear and Radiation Safety Supervision Station of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Lu Haibin, secretary of the party group and director of the Municipal Nuclear Power Office, made a work report. And nearly 120 responsible comrades from nuclear-related units in this city attended the meeting.

The meeting commended 10 units and 17 individuals who won the 2022 “Shanghai Nuclear Power” brand contribution award . The “Top Ten Events of Shanghai Nuclear Power Industry” in 2022 were released in the form of video at the conference site .

Mr. Chen Yao, chairman and leader of Shanghai Xingshen Instrument Co., Ltd., won the 2021 “ Shanghai Nuclear Power “ brand contribution award (individual). After one year, Mr. Chen Yao led Xingshen Instrument to always adhere to independent innovation, firm confidence, and face Challenges, achieved a number of innovative achievements, once again won the 2022 “Shanghai Nuclear Power” brand contribution award (unit).

In December 2022 , the National Nuclear Safety Administration issued the “Civil Nuclear Safety Equipment Design and Manufacturing License” to Shanghai Xingshen Instrument. The scope of approval was the design and manufacture of 1E- level magnetic float level gauges, becoming the first company in China to obtain The license holder of this certificate product license was elected as one of the “Top Ten Events of Shanghai Nuclear Power Industry” in 2022 .
