2021 730, by The JE39 flow switch and liquid level switch designed and manufactured by Shanghai Xingshen Instrument Co., Ltd. were successfully delivered and shipped to the national science and technology major project “Guohe No. 1” demonstration project. The delivery of this equipment has laid a solid foundation for the subcontracting execution and acceptance of several subsequent instruments (guided wave radar level gauge, ultrasonic level gauge, flow window, nuclear-grade magnetic float level transmitter) of “Guohe No. 1” solid foundation.
Since the start-up meeting was launched on October 29, 2019, relevant representatives of the State Nuclear Self-Instrument System Engineering Co., Ltd., Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Design Institute Co., Ltd. The overall structural design, manufacturing process, welding process, non-destructive testing, functional test, etc. are inspected and witnessed, and all technical indicators fully meet the design requirements.
In the process of equipment manufacturing, Shanghai Xingshen has received strong support, full assistance and cooperation from the National Nuclear Corporation, the Shanghai Institute of Nuclear Engineering (National Nuclear Engineering) and the State Nuclear Demonstration Owner.
“Guohe No. 1” is one of my country’s 16 major national science and technology projects, China’s own nuclear power technology brand, and the world’s advanced third-generation nuclear power model. SPIC, as the leading unit, organized more than 600 units and more than 31,000 technicians across the country to complete the R&D and design in 12 years, with completely independent intellectual property rights. “Guohe No. 1” has a power generation capacity of 1,500 megawatts and adopts the “passive” safety concept. It is the world’s largest passive pressurized water reactor nuclear power model. Under the leadership and support of relevant national ministries and commissions and governments at all levels in Shandong Province, the Guohe No. 1 demonstration project has made positive progress. The construction of two units in the first phase is currently progressing steadily as planned.
