On Wednesday, April 27, 2022, the Guohe No. 1 (228 Demonstration Project) JE26 non-1E-class ultrasonic liquid level transmitter manufactured by Shanghai Xingshen Instrument Co. , Ltd. The joint acceptance of Heziyi System Engineering Co., Ltd. , completed the packaging at Shanghai Xingshen Instrument Co., Ltd. , and successfully delivered and shipped.
Guohe No. 1 (228 Demonstration Project) is one of the 16 major national science and technology projects determined by the state, and shoulders the historical mission of the independent development of my country’s third-generation nuclear power. The National Energy Administration took the lead in establishing the 228 Demonstration Project Headquarters composed of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and group companies such as China National Nuclear Corporation and State Power Investment Corporation, to coordinate and promote major special projects. At present, the progress of the project has entered a critical period. The JE26 non-1E level ultrasonic liquid level transmitter needs to be shipped from Shanghai Xingshen Instrument Co., Ltd. to the 228 demonstration project site. Whether it can be delivered smoothly has an important impact on the construction progress of major national special projects. .
The liquid level measurement function of the non-1E level ultrasonic liquid level transmitter delivered this time is one of the important process parameters of nuclear power plants. According to the requirements of the project, the scope of supply includes two types: For liquid level measurement in radiation-containing areas, the longest distance between the sensor and the transmitter’s split cable is 303 meters, and it meets the seismic class I test identification. Some important detection positions require the instrument to be equipped with UPS and complete control devices, which can automatically switch to battery power supply when the external power supply is lost under accident conditions, so as to ensure the normal operation of the liquid level transmitter. The delivery of JE26 non-1E ultrasonic liquid level transmitter marks that Shanghai Xingshen Instrument Co., Ltd. can solve key technical problems such as long-distance separation , radiation resistance , earthquake resistance , and high precision , and at the same time meet the requirements of harsh working conditions to ensure measurement reliability . The JE26 non-1E class ultrasonic liquid level transmitter is the fourth batch of equipment manufactured and shipped by Shanghai Xingshen Instrument Co., Ltd. for the Guohe No. 1 demonstration project . Previously, batches of equipment such as JE38, JE39, and JE27 have been successfully delivered.
In view of the current severe epidemic situation in Shanghai, the 228 Demonstration Project On-Site Headquarters Office coordinated with Shanghai Pudong New Area People’s Government and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Shanghai Xingshen Instrument, and the shipping logistics company to successfully complete the delivery task!
In the past two years, due to repeated epidemics in many places in China, Chen Yao, chairman of Shanghai Xingshen Instrument Co., Ltd., has attached great importance to the epidemic prevention and control and production work.
