FOXC: Shanghai Xingshen Instrument Co., Ltd. is a large-scale professional manufacturer of on-site process instruments in China, and its leading products are level instruments. Founded in 1992, the company has laid a solid foundation after 18 years of steady development, and has accumulated a large number of successful achievements in China Petroleum, Sinopec and domestic chemical industries. Shanghai Xingshen entered into a joint venture with American Fox (FOX) Instrument Co., Ltd. this year, and tried a comprehensive technical and financial cooperation. Ybzhan: You just mentioned that Shanghai Xingshen Instrument has entered into a Sino-US joint venture. Can you talk about the reasons and effects for us.
FOXC: Although Shanghai Xingshen has done a good job in the field process instrument industry as a domestic brand, we often encounter some customers who have brand requirements, such as must use Original imports, or Sino-US joint ventures, etc., in order to meet the company’s technical and image requirements, and to meet the export needs of Shanghai Xingshen in recent years, we have cooperated with American Fox (FOX) Instrument Co., Ltd., such cooperation Afterwards, the entire company image and product image have been greatly improved.
FOX in the United States is an independent research and development company, and Shanghai Xingshen is also well-known in the industry. Cooperation in such a situation is relatively mature for everyone. After the cooperation, in recent years, it has not had any impact on Shanghai Xingshen. For example, in terms of the price of the product, it still sells as much as it used to sell. But with the improvement of brand effect after the cooperation, the impact is hard to say.
Ybzhan: Just now you mentioned that Shanghai Xingshen has foreign trade, please tell us about its current progress.
FOXC: The business of foreign trade now accounts for about 20 to 30 of our entire performance. Last year and the first half of this year, the financial crisis may have affected us a little, but some relatively large engineering projects were basically unaffected. The overall situation of exports this year is still good.
