Intelligent electric contact water level gauge

The FDZX intelligent electric contact water level gauge independently developed and produced by our company is an alternating pulse electric contact water level measuring instrument. It is mainly composed of sampling cylinder, ultra-pure ceramic electrode and secondary display instrument. It has good anti-interference and stability, and is superior to similar products because of its wide detection range, simple operation, intelligent control expansion and many other features. It is widely used in the measurement and control of water levels in boiler drums, high-pressure heaters, deaerators, water tanks, tanks, etc.; but it is not suitable for use in flammable, explosive and corrosive environments.

Features

1. The display range is wide. The user can arbitrarily set the number of displayed points within the range of odd numbers from 5 to 21 points.
2. Strong anti-interference ability. The instrument uses a microprocessor for monitoring and management, and its anti-interference ability has been greatly enhanced.
3. 4~20mA output is stable. Since the on-chip reference voltage is not affected by external voltage fluctuations, and the CPU comes with high-precision D/A conversion, its 4~20mA output is extremely stable.
4. Multiple alarm point output. The instrument has 6 alarm point outputs and their controls, which are the highest, the highest, the second highest, the second lowest, the lowest, and the lowest, which can easily realize the alarm of the warning water level and the signal output of the limit water level.
5. Long electrode life. Since the electric contact of this instrument adopts ultra-pure ceramic electrodes, its pressure-resistant, temperature-resistant and insulating properties are good. At the same time, the conduction of the electrical contacts is detected by means of alternating square waves acting on the electrodes, thereby prolonging the service life of the electrodes.
