Intelligent Buoyancy Liquid Level Transmitter

LC3010 series displacer type liquid level gauge is a product designed and manufactured by our company using the original FIELDVUE DLC3000 series intelligent liquid level transmitter head of the American Fisher company, and the rest (including the main body of the liquid level gauge and the inner float, etc.). The level gauge can be used to measure liquid level, interface or density. Output 4~20mA standard current signal, and can superimpose digital signal conforming to HART communication protocol. Using the HART handheld communicator compatible with the DLC3000 series intelligent liquid level transmitter, information from the process, intelligent liquid level transmitter or displacer measurement chamber can be obtained, and the user can query, configure, calibrate or test the intelligent liquid level transmitter sender. The instrument has high measurement accuracy, reliable performance, good long-term stability and convenient use. It is widely used in the measurement and control of liquid level, interface and density in the production process of various industries such as electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, environmental protection, construction, and food.

Features

LC3010 series products are composed of original imported intelligent liquid level transmitter meter head and displacer measuring chamber, measuring mechanism, inner displacer, torque tube and so on. The inner float is immersed in the liquid in the measuring chamber and is rigidly connected to the torque tube system. The force borne by the torsion tube system is the net value of the internal buoyancy weight minus the liquid buoyancy on the inner buoy, and the torsion tube twists at a certain angle under the action of this resultant force. Changes in the position, density or boundary level of the liquid to be measured cause changes in the position of the inner float, which are transmitted to the torque tube assembly to cause it to rotate. The rotational motion of the torque tube is transmitted to the lever of the smart liquid level transmitter, which causes the displacement of the magnet fixed on the lever assembly, changes the magnetic field detected by the Hall effect sensor and converts it into an electrical signal. The transmitter uses a single-chip microcomputer and related electronic circuits to measure process variables, provides two-wire 4~20mA current signal output, and drives LCD liquid crystal display and provides HART communication capabilities. The single-chip microcomputer in the transmitter not only has the function of ambient temperature compensation and linearization processing, but also compensates for the change of liquid density caused by the change of process temperature.
