Industrial Pressure Transmitter

The IGP/IAP10 series pressure transmitter adopts high-precision and high-stability sensor components, and converts the gauge pressure or absolute pressure of the measured medium into a two-wire 4-20mADC standard signal output through a high-reliability intelligent electronic module. It can also provide digital signal output with HART protocol or FF field bus, so as to facilitate remote configuration and monitoring with software. IGP/IAP10 series pressure transmitters have various installation forms and can accurately and reliably measure gauge pressure, absolute pressure or liquid level. All transmitters have on-site digital display to intuitively indicate the measured pressure or liquid level. The LCD multi-segment display of intelligent products can display the measured pressure, current or percentage at the same time, and display the gradation of the measured value in the form of a bar graph. When the transmitter fails, the LCD indicator will display an alarm message. The IGP/IAP10 series pressure transmitter adopts standard modular design and has the same superstructure, which can be easily replaced or upgraded. Sensors with multiple ranges, multiple installation forms, and various materials are optional to meet the needs of different on-site working conditions. When the transmitter needs to be isolated from the process production equipment, it can be equipped with a remote or direct installation pressure isolation diaphragm box. Capsule seal isolation systems are suitable for process fluids that are corrosive, viscous, high temperature, toxic, hygienic or prone to accumulation and condensation. It is suitable for the flow of liquid, gas or steam, as well as liquid level, density and pressure measurement, widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, power station, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, food, ship and all other industrial occasions.
