RF2030 high temperature and high pressure guided wave radar level gauge is designed by Shanghai Xingshen Instrument Co., Ltd. for high temperature and high pressure occasions. The product is manufactured according to ANSI B31.1 standard. Safety and accuracy, maximum rated pressure up to 42MPa, maximum rated temperature up to 520°C, suitable for high and low pressure heaters, condensers, deaerators and other containers in thermal power plants, as well as high temperature, high pressure, vacuum and other steam conditions liquid level measurement.

Features

RF2030 high temperature and high pressure guided wave radar liquid level (boundary) level transmitter uses TDR (time domain reflection) principle and ETS (equivalent time sampling) technology. The emitted high-frequency narrow pulse propagates along the probe or cable, and when it encounters a medium surface with a higher dielectric constant than the previous conducting medium (air or vapor), the pulse wave is reflected back. The nanosecond-level conduction time is amplified to the millisecond-level equivalent time through the equivalent time sampling technology, and the optimal target recognition algorithm is used to effectively suppress the false echo, so as to achieve the purpose of accurate measurement.
