High temperature and high pressure type

UB series glass plate liquid level gauge is a primary display instrument that uses the refraction or reflection principle of light to directly indicate the liquid level of various industrial containers. It has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient maintenance, safety and reliability, and has Valve self-locking protection device, widely used in petroleum, chemical, thermoelectric and other industries for high pressure, medium pressure, low pressure or liquid level measurement in open containers.

Features

The instrument is made of high-temperature-resistant and high-strength high-quality materials, with a maximum temperature of 450°C and a maximum pressure of 42MPa. It has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient maintenance, safety and reliability, and is widely used in liquid level measurement of high-temperature and high-pressure media in petroleum, chemical, natural gas and other industrial fields.

1. Flange standard: HG/T 20592, HG/T 20615, or specified by the user

2. Installation center distance: L=500,800,1100,1400,1700 (or user specified)

3. Nominal pressure: PN≤42MPa

4. Design temperature: -196℃≤t≤450℃

5. Observation range: center distance L-140 (there is a blind area of 70mm at both ends of the standard liquid level gauge)

6. Maximum allowable error: ±10mm

7. The observation length of the liquid level gauge without blind area = the length of the center distance L, and the range of the blind area between every two adjacent windows: 45mm

8. Steam tracing pressure: ≤1.6MPa

9. Heat tracing interface size: Standard configuration: G1/2”(M) (or specified by the user)

10. Blowdown valve outlet connection size: ball valve: G3/4” (M) + pipe cap; gate valve: NPTl/2 (F); or specified by the user

11. Valve self-locking pressure: P≥0.3MPa
