Float big ball float liquid level transmitter

LC3020 series electric float level transmitter is an updated product of ordinary electric float level transmitter. It is composed of measurement part and signal controller part. The measurement part can be divided into small rotation angle and large rotation angle type according to the structure. The meter part of the transmitter is separated from the measuring machine, so that the explosion-proof level is improved, and the full intelligence + HART signal transmission makes the measurement more accurate; LC3020 series electric float level transmitter is directly installed on various storage tank equipment. It is especially suitable for hot heavy oil (temperature ≤ 520°C, pressure ≤ 4.0Mpa), viscous and dirty medium, asphalt, oil containing fat, etc. in the refinery, as well as the liquid level of flammable, explosive, corrosive and other media (interface ) continuous measurement, can be widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, medicine and other industrial fields, and is an ideal level instrument in the production process control of petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power and light industry and other industries.

Features
LC3020 float type liquid level transmitter is an angular displacement transmitter designed and manufactured according to the principle of torque balance. Its measuring part consists of a float ball, a balance bar and a counterweight to form a torque balance mechanism, so the float ball can freely It rises and falls with the change of liquid level. When the liquid level changes, the position of the floating ball changes accordingly, and the ball rod drives the main shaft to rotate. The angular displacement sensor in the controller meshes with the main shaft through gears, and converts the change of the liquid level into a corresponding electrical signal, which is then controlled by the controller. The electronic circuit inside the device converts this signal into a standard current signal proportional to the change of the liquid level.
