244LD Buoyancy Level Transmitter

244LD series displacer type liquid level gauge is a complete imported product, 244LD series displacer type liquid level gauge can be used to continuously measure the liquid level, interface and density of liquids in all industrial applications. Measurements are based on the principle of Archimedes buoyancy and are therefore durable. Measured values ​​can be converted into analog and digital. Digital communication is more conducive to the entire operation and configuration via PC or control system. In high temperature, high pressure and strong corrosive liquids, 244LD products can always maintain stability and accuracy. Valid approvals allow installation in potentially explosive atmospheres in Zone 0.

Features
244LD intelligent electric displacer liquid level (interface) transmitter is composed of a displacer measuring chamber (top-mounted none), a displacer, a torque tube system and an electronic measurement system. The buoy is submerged in the liquid in the measuring chamber, and is rigidly connected with the torsion tube system. The force borne by the torsion tube system is the net value of the buoyancy of the buoyancy of the buoyancy minus the weight of the buoy. Under the action of this resultant force, the torsion tube twists at a certain angle. Changes in the position, density or boundary level of the liquid in the buoy chamber will cause the buoyancy of the buoy immersed in the liquid to change, so that the rotation angle of the torsion tube will also change accordingly. The change is transmitted to the sensor rigidly connected with the torque tube, so that the output voltage of the sensor changes, which is then amplified by the electronic components and converted into a 4-20mA current output. The transmitter uses a microcontroller and related electronic circuits to measure process variables, provide current output, drive LCD display and provide HART or FF communication capabilities. The electronic components in the transmitter can not only compensate the ambient temperature and linearize the processing capacity, but also compensate the liquid density change caused by the process temperature change.
