Displacer Level Transmitter

LC3015 series displacer liquid level gauge has the characteristics of stable precision, good linearity, and simple installation. It can be read directly on site, and can be transmitted 4~20mA or HART communication. This liquid level gauge can be used to measure liquid level, interface or density. . Use a HART communicator such as the 475 compatible with the LC3015 Series Displacer Level Gauge to obtain information from the process, smart level controller, or displacer measurement chamber. The HART communicator can be connected to the field junction box of the displacer level gauge. It can be directly read on site, and it can also be 4~20mA remote transmission or HART communication

Features

LC3015 series displacer liquid level gauge is designed according to the principle of buoyancy. There is a built-in buoy in the measured medium. When the liquid level changes, the buoyancy on the buoy will also change, so the length of the spring connected to the buoy will change accordingly. The spring will drive the magnetic steel to move, which will change the magnetic field near the Hall sensor. This change is proportional to the buoyancy (the height of the liquid level). The Hall sensor converts the magnetic signal into a DC mV signal. Wire 4~20mA linear DC current signal and load digital signal in accordance with HART protocol communication.
The main structure of LC3015 displacer liquid level gauge is as shown in the figure. It is mainly composed of indicator head (divided into three types: local indication, intrinsically safe type and flameproof type), riser assembly (built-in spring tension mechanism), buoy (length depends on measurement scope) and top nut (can be used for venting and flushing).
